Purpose: COVID-19 played a crucial role in the development and enlargement of learning via electronic media. Still, the recent fourth industrial revolution [Industry 4.0 (I4.0)] paved the road toward Education 4.0. In this regard, several research challenges arise, involving the preparation of gamification strategies in online learning environments. In this sense, this paper aims to investigate the relationship between technologies of I4.0 and gamification practices in online learning around the world. Specifically, to categorize the studies of the scientific literature in the area into knowledge domains and the mention of I4.0 technologies and to verify the relationship of these technologies with the different educational levels. Design/Methodology/Approach: The preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis protocol was used as a research method with 130 papers included for full content analysis and obtained from the Web of Science. Findings: The leading I4.0 technologies mentioned in the analyzed papers were simulation, Internet of Things and augmented/virtual reality, in this order. Although there are more mentioned technologies, the domain of knowledge to be applied and the educational level interfere in choosing these pillars. With this, the main findings of this relationship were exposed in a singular, modern, active, realist, technological framework to demonstrate how I4.0 relates to the practice of gamification in online educational environments. Originality/Value: To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first study that brings together the relationship of gamification applied in e-learning with I4.0 technologies.

The objective of this study is to choose the teaching methods that have the greatest influence on the formation of the egresses entrepreneurial profile. This study was structured based on the descriptive research model and, for the choice of teaching methods, the ELECTRE1 multicriteria decision support method (AMD) was used. Data analysis revealed that, according to the experts' perception, Coaching (MET-14) is the common method for the development of the entrepreneurial profile. The study enriches the existing literature on entrepreneurship education, broadening the knowledge about which teaching methods influence the egresses profile. This study proposes improving the understanding of the main aspects involved in the design of warehouses by the construction of a framework that reveals the state-of-art. The initial research bibliography generated a framework, which was structured in three dimensions: inputs; design and implementation; and outputs. The validation of framework was accomplished through a systematic review of the literature, covering 68 articles published in the period 1999-2015. This study covered the main aspects highlighted in the academic literature that influence the design of warehouses. Additionally, an overview of the publications based on a theoretical/empirical and a quantitative/qualitative approach was pointed out. This paper aims to contribute to both industry and academic. On the one hand, the framework aggregates value for professionals by permitting the rapid identification of variables, which must be considered in warehouse design. This study aims to quantify and analyze resource consumptions of a laboratory rabbits' production, in a Brazilian animal research facility, in order to produce a harmonized Health-Care Waste (HCW) classification, according to national regulations and international guidelines, as it is a basis to perform health and safety risk analysis, of animals, humans and environment impacts in HCW management. Methodologically, the principles and framework from Life Cycle Assessment were used to produce a doortodoor Life Cycle Inventory to produce the HCW classification and a short environmental impact assessment. A high electricity consumption (about 96%), for conditioning facilities maintenance, and a high water consumption transformed into effluents and emissions (about 97.5%) were observed. Specifically, from HCW classification a first analysis of mass pointed: effluents (45.92 %), emissions (52.54 %), biological waste (1.45%) and common waste (0.001 %). These data are primary estimates that lead to deeper analysis of toxic materials and contamination. Finally, the entire study produced a cross fertilization of information giving more transparency about the rationality implied in the modeling of processes and presentation of reports, enabling to relate the local scope of impact assessment through broader reflections on global social responsibility and eco-efficiency. This paper aims to model selection criteria of R&D projects for awarding direct subsidies to the private sector, in order to assist government agencies in improving the way in which they allocate the subsidies. The modeling involved three steps. The first step was a literature review of the criteria used to make the decisions. The second step involved structuring the revised criteria into a hierarchical matrix. The third step involved evaluating the proposed matrix by weighting the criteria using the analytic hierarchy process. The results obtained allowed the elucidation of these criteria, the proposal of a valid and detailed hierarchical matrix and the integration of the personal perceptions of the decision-makers with the specific objectives of a public organization. PROFINT is a program of the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) which sends technological information contained in patent documents to companies registered in the program. This paper presents the results of a survey of users of PROFINT, identifying: a) the profile of these users; 2) their use of the patent system; and c) the results obtained from using technological information from patent documents. The work was based on documentary research and the application of questionnaires. The research showed that patent documents are being used as instruments of competitive intelligence, providing strategic information to assist managers of technology and innovation to generate and improve products and processes. Although the users of PROFINT also make use of other sources of information, the importance attributed to technological information obtained from patent documents was considered high. Different forms of protection for inventions in the pharmaceutical industry point to strategies for the perpetuation of patent protection. Based on a literature review showing the specificities of patenting in the industry, the article provides a brief history of drug patents in Brazil, a discussion of patentable and non-patentable inventions, and the modalities and traits of patent protection that aim to extend the temporary monopoly granted under the patent. Such strategies include patents targeting polimorphs and optical isomers of drugs and drug combinations and specific clinical preparations, increasingly present in the drug patent claims filed by pharmaceutical companies. The study's objective is to discuss the specificities of drug patent claims in order to help develop expertise in the area and discuss the impact of expanding the scope of patent protection. In conclusion, while the tendency to expand towards more a permissive protective scope could produce opportunities for Brazilian national inventors, it could also be harmful to a policy for access to medicines.
